We want to make sure the process is as easy as possible for you, so here’s how Smartist subscriptions work:
Your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store, and Smartist does not process any transactions. When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll be charged through your Apple ID, and the subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle.
Please note, since we don’t process transactions, refund decisions are handled by Apple.
If you decide that Smartist isn't the right fit for you, you can cancel your subscription through the App Store. However, before you go, we’d love the chance to keep you as part of our community!
